Madaktari Africa is a unique non-profit organization that partners with local medical staff in Tanzanian hospitals. We are committed to closing the human resource gap in Tanzania and our Train Forward model ensures that Tanzanian physicians will gain the skills they need to treat the increasing threat of non-communicable diseases in their communities. We have a proven track record with a successful neurosurgery (developing the skills of 27 neurosurgeons in Tanzania) and anesthesia training programs  as well as the establishment of the first Catheterization Lab in Tanzania. We continue to build relationships and your donation will go directly toward the ongoing training of local physicians.
